This thing with Reggie Bush is very true:
1.) the Bronner Bros platform, or any other international stage, is NOT your shop. Your shop is more like college, while in these other environments you are going head to head with veterans with gifts and skills in areas you didn't even know existed. Preparation is the key. Take an extra step every day just to get closer to EXCELLENCE. Make yourself bigger, stronger and faster than the Ray Lewises out there.
2.) If I left it there, and everyone followed that step successfully, we would only have superstars but still not a team. The Bronner Show is the Super Bowl for hair and no team gets to the Super Bowl and wins without a significant supporting cast. You just can't do it on one persons back. The game is too complex and calculating. So as you build and develop yourself, stay connected with your teammates. Share with them what you are working on, ask for their advice and opinions, explore how your thing and theirs fit together. What will take this booth over the top for us, and make it an immediate success, is to consolidate our strengths, merging them into one living breathing force that cannot be denied because it is always putting a 'best foot' forward in every aspect of the game.
The Bible talks about the Body of Christ as a "whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love." This is where we WIN.
